US standard shipping is free on orders over $50, and a flat $8 under.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days; Express ($15) takes 2–3.

Tracking lands in your inbox the moment your order ships (and by text, if you’ve opted in).
Currently shipping within the United States, PO boxes included. International shipping is coming soon; join the list and you’ll be the first to know.
Returns & Exchanges
14 days, no drama
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached; grip socks are personal, so once they’ve been worn, they’re yours.
How to start
Email hello@shopfootwrk.com with your order number and the reason. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions, and a prepaid label if the mistake was ours.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Different size, different style; happy to swap, subject to availability. Just mention your preferred item in your return email.
Damaged or defective?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right: replacement or full refund, shipping on us.
Final sale
Items marked Final Sale at purchase can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
