We’re committed to getting your Footwrk socks to you quickly and reliably. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping.
Shipping Coverage
At this time, Footwrk ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. When available, international orders will be subject to a separate shipping rate and delivery timeframe.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within one to two business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number via Klaviyo.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes five to seven business days from the date your order ships. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and carrier handling. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll be able to track your package through the provided tracking link.
Free Shipping
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping to any address in the continental United States. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.
Shipping Address
We ship to all standard residential and commercial addresses within the US. PO boxes are accepted. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Footwrk is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Carrier Delays
While we partner with reliable carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Footwrk is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@shopfootwrk.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Tracking and Updates
You’ll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email and SMS (if you’ve opted in to Klaviyo marketing). Track your package using the provided link to monitor delivery status and estimated arrival date.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us immediately at hello@shopfootwrk.com with your order number and any carrier information. We’ll work to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement.
