Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping is 5–7 business days. Express is 2–3 business days. We process orders within 1–2 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

$8 flat rate for standard, free on orders over $50. Express is $15 flat rate. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my order?

You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Click the link and follow along — we know you’re refreshing it every hour.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Email hello@shopfootwrk.com to start a return.

Can I exchange my order?

Absolutely. Same deal — email us at hello@shopfootwrk.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll sort you out.

What if my socks don’t fit right?

That’s what the Footwrk Fit Guarantee is for. If your first pair doesn’t hold up in fit, feel, or function, we’ll replace them. No hassle.

How do I wash my grip socks?

Machine wash cold, inside out, and air dry. Skip the fabric softener — it breaks down the grip over time. Treat them well and they’ll last hundreds of washes.

Are your socks vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, 100%. No animal-derived materials. Just thoughtfully sourced cotton, silicone, and a lot of intention.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, yes — email us ASAP at hello@shopfootwrk.com. Once it’s on its way, we can’t make changes but we can help with a return.
