Footwrk is a premium Pilates grip sock brand built from the ground up, and we want hungry, creative, self-starting people to build it with us.
This isn’t coffee runs and busy work. This is real brand-building experience with real ownership, real mentorship, and a front-row seat to what it takes to launch and grow a consumer brand from scratch. The program is designed for college students or recent grads who want hands-on experience in brand building, marketing, e-commerce, and content creation. Each intern is matched with a specific track, but everyone contributes across the brand, and you’ll work directly with our founder.

Current tracks
Own our TikTok and Instagram content pipeline. You’ll plan, shoot, edit, and post content that drives brand awareness and engagement.
Build and manage our influencer gifting program, studio partnerships, and community engagement strategy.
Help shape Footwrk’s visual identity: from email design to packaging concepts to website updates.
