we’re looking for future founders.
Footwrk is a premium Pilates grip sock brand built from the ground up, and we want hungry, creative, self-starting people to build it with us.
This is brand-building work you own, with weekly mentorship and a front-row seat to what it takes to launch and grow a consumer brand from scratch. The program is designed for college students or recent grads who want hands-on experience in brand building, marketing, e-commerce and content creation. Each intern is matched with a specific track, but everyone contributes across the brand, and you’ll work directly with our founder.

Current tracks
Own our TikTok and Instagram content pipeline. You’ll plan, shoot, edit and post content that drives brand awareness and engagement.
Build and manage our influencer gifting program, studio partnerships and community engagement strategy.
Help shape Footwrk’s visual identity: from email design to packaging concepts to website updates.
Have a skill we haven’t listed? Pitch us your role. We’re open to the right person with the right energy.
