Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free of pet hair, perfume, deodorant, or other signs of use

Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@shopfootwrk.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability. To request an exchange, include your preferred item in your return email and we will do our best to accommodate.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@shopfootwrk.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
