Mobile Terms of Service

Program description. Footwrk LLC operates a recurring mobile message program. When you opt in, you will receive marketing text messages about new drops, restocks, offers and Footwrk news. Message frequency varies. We do not send on a fixed schedule.
How to opt in. You can join by entering your mobile number on any Footwrk sign-up form, at checkout where offered, or by texting a keyword to our number where advertised. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Footwrk does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving them according to your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to end the program at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further marketing texts will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again through any Footwrk form.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email us at hello@shopfootwrk.com. We typically respond within one to two business days.
Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Footwrk is not responsible for messages that are delayed or fail to deliver due to carrier issues, network conditions or device settings.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. Do not enroll a number that is not yours.
Changing or ending your number. If you change or give up your mobile number, notify us at hello@shopfootwrk.com so we can update our records. You agree not to hold Footwrk responsible for messages sent to a number you no longer control but did not tell us about.
Privacy. Information you provide through this program is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Changes to these terms. We may update these Mobile Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continuing in the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
